These are a couple examples of tablescapes that would work well. You could go with either cream or grey linens depending on what you prefer. I’d probably keep the runner and napkins the same color. I wasn’t able to find a cheesecloth napkin online in a light grey, although sometimes it’s hard to tell exact colors from a computer, so the one I linked below might be fine. I think a light grey would make the colors pop the best (vs. dark grey). The second option is more budget-friendly, without as many arrangements, and bud vases you could style yourself instead of paying for through a florist, if that interests you. The candles could obviously be whatever colors you like, I personally think the contrast of blush and lilac look really good against the bright wildflowers. Cream would also be really classy. I wasn’t sure if you plan on having a menu card, but they look nice as part of the table setting sometimes. I love the overhead hanging flower look! If you didn’t want to do it across all the tables in the pavillion, it would look nice just over the head table (if you plan on having one), or a food or dessert display. The table-rod look over each individual table with flowers hanging from it is pretty too, but I think that style would look better if you were eating in an uncovered area outside.

These hanging lanterns with flowers around them are really popular right now for weddings and I think they fit your whimsical, floral, modern vibe ~ just a thought! I wasn’t sure if you plan on having a head table or not, but I like the look of having a meadow-type arrangement in front of that as well, or some type of overhanging arrangement above you two. I included this table set up idea where they have the bride & groom at a table with other people but across from them is a flower arrangement on the ground which makes for nice photo-ops during the reception. Just an idea!
